Our adult art workshops are more than a paint night.
This isn't your average sip-and-paint.
You won't find a stencil, a step-by-step everyone copies, or a room full of identical sunsets. Kristin builds every Pour, Pause & Create workshop from scratch - something new and a little different every single month. If you're looking for a quick paint-by-numbers night, this isn't it. If you're looking for a couple of hours to actually slow down and make something with your own two hands, you're in the right place.
Come to OUR NEXT POUR, Pause & create WORKSHOP
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26th
7pm - 9pm
What to Expect: Inspired by the immersive visual language of Yayoi Kusama, this special edition of Pause, Pour & Create is an invitation to explore repetition, pattern, color, and connection through a shared creative experience.
From 7–9pm, you’ll be guided through a series of simple, open-ended exercises inspired by Kusama’s iconic dots, organic forms, and sense of infinity. There are no step-by-step instructions and no pressure to create something “perfect”—only space to experiment, unwind, and respond intuitively.
With a favorite beverage in hand, each participant will contribute marks, patterns, and layers to a single evolving work of art. As the evening unfolds, individual gestures will overlap and connect, transforming the canvas into something collective and entirely unique.
At the end of the workshop, the finished piece will be thoughtfully divided, allowing each participant to take home a fragment of the whole—a lasting reminder of the evening and the art created together.
Bring something to sip, and join us for an evening of art, conversation, and creative connection.
These workshops are some of my favorite hours of the month. There's something so special about helping grown-ups slow down, get their hands a little messy, and remember what it feels like to create just for the joy of it. Come pause, come create - and yes, bring whatever you like to sip. I'll see you there.
